False Religions   

Satan, the deceiver, liar and murderer, confused many people around the world by creating a huge religious system.  God gives us numerous warnings, such as: 

There is a way that seems right to a man,
But its end is the way of death. Prov 14:12

1st & 2nd Commandments:

1. "You shall have no other gods before Me.

2. "You shall not make for yourself a carved image — any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth; you shall not bow down to them nor serve them. For I, the LORD your God, am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children to the third and fourth generations of those who hate Me, but showing mercy to thousands, to those who love Me and keep My commandments. Ex 20:3-6

Then it shall be, if you by any means forget the LORD your God, and follow other gods, and serve them and worship them, I testify against you this day that you shall surely perish. Deut 8:19

And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.  Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.  2 Cor 11:14-15; KJV

The coming of the lawless one is according to the working of Satan, with all power, signs, and lying wonders, and with all unrighteous deception among those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this reason God will send them strong delusion, that they should believe the lie, that they all may be condemned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness. 2 Thess 2:8-12
 

This includes all faiths, even pseudo-Christianity, with the exception of the "Religion" of the Living God of the Bible. These religions prescribe to good works, rituals, rites and traditions. While good works are desirable, we could only earn our way to Heaven if we never sinned, not even in our thoughts. Thus, the religions of good works, rituals, and traditions miss their goal – eternal life in Heaven.

Their gods do not exist but in their minds. Such gods are inspired by demons and can't save any person from hell.

They sacrificed to demons, not to God... Deut 32:17

The second coming of Christ will be preceded by a concerted effort of a world-leader to unite all religions into one universal, apostate religion in the fashion of the builders of the Tower of Babel. The true worshippers of the Living God will be labeled as heretics and persecuted as the enemies of "peace."

For when they say, "Peace and safety!" then sudden destruction comes upon them ... Therefore let us not sleep, as others do, but let us watch and be sober...  For God did not appoint us to wrath, but to obtain salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ, who died for us, that whether we wake or sleep, we should live together with Him. 1 Thess 5:3-10

But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.
As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed.  Apostle Paul; Gal 1:8-9, KJV
